On the death anniversary of former Chief Minister Late Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Ex-Councillor Darshna paid tribute by planting trees at Rajiv Gandhi Smriti Van, Sarai Kale Khan, Ward 143. Congress leader Abhishek Dutt, Delhi Pradesh Mahila Congress president Smt. Amrita Dhawan, DPCC delegate Ravindra (Pappu), social worker Sanjeev Chautala, and other Congress members were present.
After rainwater flooded the Gyaspur jhuggis in Sarai Kale Khan, Ward 143, overnight, Ex-Councillor Darshna immediately arranged a JCB to resolve the problem, providing relief to jhuggi residents, who expressed their gratitude.
A protest was held at the Chief Minister’s residence against water shortage faced by people, alleged corruption within the Delhi Jal Board, and the Kejriwal government.
